PROS
Familiar UX. Compact. One thing on screen at a time = focus. Video ad gets full real estate when it's its turn.
CONS
Lower CTR than grids — user has to navigate. Stickiness/sticky modes already designed for this shape.

B — Vertical "stories" feed (TikTok / IG style)

Tall portrait cards. User swipes up/down (mobile) or scrolls (desktop) to advance. Modern, mobile-first. Big visual impact.

Strong mobile pattern. Video ads fit naturally (full vertical = like an Instagram Story ad). Higher engagement on touch devices.
CONS
Tall = takes more vertical real estate in the article. Desktop feels weird (vertical swipe is mobile-native). Video ad creatives may need vertical 9:16 versions.

D — Featured + thumbnails (news-portal style)

One big primary slot (auto-rotates between top story and video ad) + 4 small thumbs below. User clicks any thumb to promote it to featured. News widget vibe.

PROS
Highest CTR for pageview-driving (multiple stories visible at once). Editorial / news-portal look fits Greek publishers. Ad doesn't have to fight for attention — it gets the hero slot.
CONS
More info-dense = busier. Video ad hero is heavy if user just wanted to see story options. Most layout work to build.
